In constructed decks this is still a great and useful option but in the drafting cube I found it has become to narrow
Ideally you're putting the counter on an Attraction that has 3 lights lit up so you have a 50/50 of getting the exiled spell each turn
Combine this infinite death loop with something like Zulaport Cutthroat , Bastion of Remembrance , Marionette Master , Syr Konrad the Grim , Disciple of the Vault , or Blood Artist , which all cause opponents to lose life whenever a creature you control dies, and you can take out the entire table in a single turn
Nasty three set and note the land is untapped and ready to be used
